We love our local communities and the people who help them thrive. Here is how you can get involved with programs in your area with PNW Apparel.
Here at PNW Apparel, we pride ourselves on being active community members. We believe that people can truly make a difference with their actions, big or small. Taking action also helps inspire others to do the same. It’s time to get involved!
This brings up the age-old question: “how can I help?”. Look no further than right here, as we provide a few tips and guidelines on how you can make an impact on your community with us.
Serving the Community
Community service is an easy and effective way to make an impact on your local community. Our partners at the National Park Service and the U.S. Forest Service are always seeking volunteers to help preserve and protect the nation’s natural spaces.
Here’s how to get involved:
Be sure to check locally for how to get involved with preserving state parks near your home.
We love supporting our national and state forest and parks. These organizations help to keep our land beautiful and anyone can volunteer to support the cause.
If you’re unable to commit the time to volunteering, check out our National Park Service and U.S. Forest Service product lines. These hats, hoodies, and t-shirts are some of our most popular items. A part of the proceeds from each sale are donated to the NPS and USFS.
The PNW Apparel Charity Program
The Pacific Northwest has stolen our heart. However, the natural beauty of this region is not the only thing that makes this part of the world a marvel.
Without the people that work tirelessly to maintain it, our passion cannot exist. Future generations will inherit it from us, and it’ll be up to them to preserve the Pacific Northwest. The children of this region are just as important as the adults.
That’s why we started the 1=1 Charity Program. Every time you purchase one of our products, we donate one of our high-quality, comfortable t-shirts to the Salvation Army for a child in need. It’s an easy way for people in communities across the world to support local children in the Pacific Northwest. For more information, see here.
There is strength in numbers. The more our communities help each other, the stronger and more sustainable they will be for generations to come. We encourage you to get involved. We’ll see you out there.
